Final important note:

The Culture Improvement Awards are about making measurable progress. This is true regardless of the quartile where your company started. It also applies to where it is now. It’s just as significant to go from the 4th to 3rd quartile. Often, this is more difficult than going from the 2nd to 1st (top) quartile. In short, these awards recognize people from real-world plant environments. They have worked hard to make a difference in improving culture and operations. Sharing details of your company’s journey is valuable. It includes what worked and, just as important, what didn’t. Understanding why these elements worked or didn’t can benefit all plant professionals.

Award submissions must be received by October 31, 2025.
