Maintenance Coach at Keurig Dr Pepper (Knoxville, TN)

The Maintenance Coach is responsible for the coordination, planning, and supervision of the D2/N2 Maintenance. This position is focused on driving maintenance-related area improvement with cross-functional teams and overseeing the successful implementation of area maintenance projects. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and works cross functionally with Production, EH&S, Quality, HR, Finance and Engineering team members. This position is responsible for supervising approximately 15-20 Team Members.

What you will do:

  • Oversee area maintenance projects and act as member of Maintenance leadership.
  • Provide on-call support for D2/N2 shift and participates in staff meetings that fall outside of routine shift hours.
  • Ability to flex work schedule to provide appropriate leadership support to staff members on both D2 and N2 shifts.
  • Act as communication liaison between maintenance technicians and business partners including Production and Engineering.
  • Manages and develops maintenance team members; Provides maintenance guidance and oversight for all shift associates; motivates, coaches and develops a diverse, high performing and engaged team to meet established goals and build organizational capability.
  • Supports the operation in ways to help reduce overall costs.
  • Continually reduces equipment downtime and increase availability through the establishment of a preventive/predictive maintenance program (including failure analysis)
  • Champions and drives relentless reduction of breakdown losses through Breakdown Analysis and other appropriate Focused Improvement Tools.
  • Participates in, and supports, the Department safety training program. (I.E.: weekly safety meetings, shop safety inspections, enforcement of lock-out/tag-out program, enforcement of the confined space program, etc.).

Reliability Engineering Leader at Keurig Dr Pepper Burlington, MA)

Job Overview

Reporting into the Reliability and Test Engineering group, the Reliability Engineering Leader directs Keurig’s Appliance Reliability Program across At-Home and Away From Home product families. Ultimately accountable for component, subsystem and system-level reliability models, the Reliability Engineer exercises influence over cross-functional product development teams to drive reliability life testing, life cycle modeling and field failure data analysis. Managing work both locally and overseas is a key component of the role, as is writing life test protocols, overseeing test equipment development, supervising test execution, conducting failure analyses and establishing a FRACAS strategy. The Reliability Engineer leverages broad technical experience and analytical skillsets to optimize testing across risk, resource, and time constraints. The position requires expertise with design failure mode effects analysis (DFMEA), root cause analysis, data analytics and statistics, and an understanding of thermo-fluidic and electro-mechanical devices. Comfort working in a highly dynamic and collaborative work environment is a must.

The Senior Design Engineer is responsible for creating design based application solutions built around the company’s modular “standardized-special” strategic approach.  The design team works with the latest tools: designing in Solid Edge 3-D for complex machine tools such as 9-axis machining centers. The Reliability Engineer will report to the Reliability Superintendent Maintenance Department, Kingsport Mill. The successful candidate will provide support for the needs of the business in the maintenance reliability function.

Purpose:

– Improve Reliability Core Processes

– Review PM and PdM strategies and improve or modify as appropriate

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance engineering, technical assistance & reliability leadership/support.

The Reliability Superintendent provides leadership and support to improve and optimize process and production systems reliability. This role interacts with all of maintenance and all operating areas. The Reliability Engineer reports to the Maintenance Manager.

    • Planning and Scheduling
